Scope of practice:

As a health coach, I cannot diagnose medical conditions. Nor can I treat or prescribe. I can give tailored up to date advice, education and guidance in collaboration with the client to support behavioural changes.

I am trained to recognise when, how and who to refer to when situations arise outside of my scope of practice.

 

Terms & Conditions:

Below are the terms and conditions you are required to agree to before your first coaching session, along with a coaching agreement and informed consent form. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by The Wooded Wonderland

  • I understand that any advice or guidance is not intended to replace that given by a medical practitioner.

  • I agree to discuss any major changes to my diet or lifestyle with my medical practitioner first, and to advise The Wooded Wonderland of any changes in medication or treatment after your initial coaching session.

  • I agree to provide accurate and honest information with regards to my (past and current) health or medical conditions, including any current medications that may be relevant.

  • I understand that information from my coaching sessions and any resultant information and resources are intended for me only, and the wooded Wonderland takes no responsibility for information shared by the client to third parties

  • I agree that I will not use any information received to self-diagnose or treat any conditions without first discussing with my medical practitioner, other health professionals and The Wooded Wonderland

  • I agree that I will pay any fees to The Wooded Wonderland invoice prior to my first session. Payments options are discussed during the free Discovery Call and will be made to confirm programme booking.

  • Payments can be made through stripe, via card or Apple pay.

 

Changing your appointment:

·         Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours no refund will be given.

·         No refunds will be given for no shows or missed sessions.

Privacy Policy:

All personal information is covered under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. All personal information is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without express written consent (i.e. referrals).

Information provided will help The Wooded Wonderland tailor coaching programmes to suit the clients’ goals and medical conditions.

 

Refund Policy:

·         Due to the nature of digital products, the eBooks and other digital resources are not available for refund.

·         The Wooded Wonderland requires 14 days’ notice if you wish to cancel your coaching package, and an administration fee of $50 will be charged.
